Due to time elapsed since April 2018 adoption, the Hayward Downtown and BART Station Area Parking Management Plan will accommodate stakeholder outreach and minor adjustments prior to implementation of the proposed plan. Work this past quarter has included review and summaries of intended implementation, and outreach is set to begin in the coming months with downtown stakeholders.
This project is funded by Fund 405 - Capital Projects (Governmental), in the amount of $188,000, which does include transfers from the General Fund and Measure C.
