Finished first round of outreach and developed alternatives for Phase 1 corridors (A St, B St, and Tennyson). Developed alternatives recommended to be analyzed further and presented them to a November CIAC meeting. Started development of Phase 1 second round of outreach materials and analyses. Developed and released Request for Proposals (RFP) for Phase 2 corridors (Hesperian, Mission, and Jackson).
Originally, this project was partially funded by Fund 460 - Transportation System Corridor which does include transfers from the General Fund and Measure C. In order to minimize the impact on General Fund, staff received City Council approval to remove the entire General Fund contribution of $264,000 for the required matching portion of the project and replace with an appropriation from Fund 213, Measure BB (Pedestrian& Bicycle).
